      Cooked Enriched Pasta (water, Enriched Wheat Flour [durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate {iron}, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid]), Vegetables (carrots, Broccoli, Red Bell Peppers), Sauce (water, Soy Sauce [water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt], Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Distilled Vinegar, Sesame Seed Oil, Garlic Powder, Ground Ginger, Spice), Cooked Chicken (white Meat Chicken, Water, Olive Oil, Isolated Soy Protein Product [isolated Soy Protein, Modified Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Soy Lecithin], Dextrose, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Flavoring).

      Directions

      Stove Top - Full Bag (Preferred Method): 1. Open sauce pouches and empty into a large nonstick skillet. Add frozen meal. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 13 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - Half Bag (Do not microwave in bag): 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 4-1/2 cups) and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 6 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it’s hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
