Directions

Cooking Instructions: Do not microwave pouch. For slow cooker preparation: saffronroad.com/cooking. Ingredients: 2 tbsp Coconut or Sunflower oil. 1 lb Fish, Chicken, Tofu or Vegetables. 1 pouch Saffron Road Lemongrass Basil Simmer Sauce. Cilantro or Parsley for Garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add fish, chicken, tofu and/or vegetables, saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture. Simmer: Reduce heat, add sauce, stir gently and simmer until sauce begins to bubble. Serve: Serve with rice, add garnish. Enjoy!
