Directions

Cooking Instructions: Ingredients: 2 tbsp sunflower oil or ghee; 1 lb chicken or tofu; 1 pouch Saffron Road Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce; cilantro or parsley for garnish. Saute: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add chicken and/or tofu, saute until cooked through. Slightly brown ingredients to add flavor & texture. Simmer: Reduce heat, add sauce, stir gently and simmer until sauce begins to bubble. Serve: Serve over rice or with naan, add garnish. Enjoy! Do not microwave pouch.
