Enriched tomato, beet and spinach macaroni product. Wacky Mac can be used ounce for ounce, in any recipe calling for egg noodles, macaroni or other short cut pasta. Semolina (Wheat), Durum Flour (Wheat), Dried Tomato, Dried Beet, Dried Spinach, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.

Directions

Cooking Directions: Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add salt if desired. Gradually add Wacky Mac so that the water does not stop boiling. Boil uncovered 8-10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Drain thoroughly.
