Wel Pac Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

Enriched Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin And Folic Acid) Salt And Water.

Directions

Cooking directions: Add 1 package (10 oz.) Wel-Pac Chinese noodles gradually to 4 qt. boiling water. Cook uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Use in your favorite chow mein* and noodle salad recipes or add to soups, as desired. *Crisp noodle cake: cook and drain noodles as directed. Divide in half. Lightly spray inside of 9-inch round cake pan with vegetable oil cooking spray. Spread half the noodles in pan. Spray top lightly with additional cooking spray. Bake uncovered in 500 degrees F. oven 30 minutes, or until golden on top. Remove from oven. Invert onto serving platter; keep warm. Repeat with remaining half noodles and additional cooking spray. Top with your favorite chow mein stir-fry combination, as desired.
