      To prepare 1-quart (1 liter) of atole:

      - Bring 1-quart of milk to a boil in a saucepan

      - Meanwhile, dissolve 3 tablespoons of MAIZENA in 1/2 cup of cold milk or water.

      - Stir the cold mixture into the boiling milk and boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly
