      Directions

      Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 and older: Stir 1 stick pack into 4-8 oz. of beverage (Not recommended for carbonated beverages) or soft food (hot or cold). Take up to 2 stick packs daily. For children under 12 years of age, ask their doctor before use. Stir well until dissolved (up to 60 seconds). If taking other supplements, read the label, since supplements may contain the same ingredient.

      Store at room temperature. Protect from moisture.
