      Dietary Supplement. Natural flavors with other natural flavors. 500 mg of elemental calcium per serving (3 gummy bites) is equivalent to 1266 mg of tribasic calcium phosphate. New.       Suggested Use: For adults and children ages 12 and older, take 3 gummy bites for occasional heartburn with upset stomach and nausea. Do not exceed suggested use. Not formulated for use in children under 12 years.
