      1-2 bottles of FRE White Zinfandel

      Pour alcohol-removed wine into a freezable serving vessel or baking dish, place in freezer. Every 2-3 hours, remove from freezer and scrape with a fork to create shaved ice. Granita is ready when it is fully frozen in shaved pieces, about 8-10 hours.
