      For more than a decade, the flagship wine of the Francis Coppola Diamond Collection has been Claret, a wine blend of the finest Bordeaux Style Varietals. Today, we proudly present its counterpart - Pavilion - a chardonnay-based wine grown in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Made from the finest fruit selections and carefully crafted using barrel fermentation in French Oak, Pavilion is a rich, full-bodied wine with an exotic perfume, silky texture, and luscious flavors of apricot, pear, and passion fruits draped in spicy vanilla creme. Vinted & bottled by Francis Coppola Diamond Collection, Geyserville, CA. Alc 13.5% by vol.
