      Acidity 6% Modena Italia. Family Choice. Perfect for salad. This Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is matured in wooden barrels. Everyday use perfect for salad. Certified by Control Body.

      Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Cooked Grape Must.

      Directions

      Mix together 1 tbsp of Mazzetti salad series, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste and then splash on to your favorite salad.

      Perfect for salads and marinades.

      Store in a cool dry place.
