We’re not one to share our secrets, but we’ll let you in on one – it’s our small batch smoking process that really seals the deal. After marinating for 90 minutes, our salmon spends a toasty five hours smoking over hardwood hickory chips locking in our signature Honey Smoked flavor.

For the love of salmon, do not microwave. For best flavor, remove from refrigerator and package 20-25 minutes prior to serving.
