      Original recipe since 1919. Based on an infusion of selected herbs and roots. www.aperol.com. Colored with FD&C yellow 6 and FD&C red 40. Alc. 11% by vol. Product of Italy.

      3 parts Prosecco

      2 parts Aperol

      1 part Soda

      Orange slice, for garnish

      Fill a white wine glass with ice. Combine Prosecco D.O.C. followed by Aperol. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice.
