Fortunately, advancements in radiation treatments gave me the chance to fight, the chance to live. With the loss of my left eye and damage to my right eye, the fight was won and the cancer was gone. I went on to a wonderful childhood growing up in the wide-open spaces of the Southwest. I married Robin, had five children, Dustie, Luke, Katy, Samantha, and Ian. I followed my passion in life and in work. With life's new wind, a new passion, and Blind Dog Coffee was born. Brewing for you buds! Choose Your Brewing Method: Pour over (our favorite); French press (impressive); Drip (ahhhh caffeine). The Grind: Pour Over = medium to coarse grind; French Press = medium to coarse grind; Espresso = Fine; Drip = medium. The Amount of Grounds: General rule is 2 tbsp per 6 oz of water. Ingenious thought, by changing the brewing method, the amount of ground coffee, and the grind setting you can dramatically change the flavor in your cup to suit your taste buds!
