      Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (plant Origin), Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Crospovidone, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica.

      Directions

      Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as melatonin may produce drowsiness.

      Store in a cool, dry place.
