      Extra aged - 18 months. Master cheesemakers handmade each 70 lb wheel. The cheese was aged for a minimum of 18 months on wooden shelves in our special caves. The flavor is deep, sweet and nutty. In 1979, BelGioioso started the artisan cheese revolution in the United States, creating unique cheeses that taste like no other.
