      Espolòn Paloma, 2 oz Espolòn Tequila Blanco, 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice, Top with Grapefruit Soda, Pinch of Sea Salt, Combine in a highball glass on the rocks and top with grapefruit soda., Garnish with a lime wheel.
