      Wind 18 inches (or 45 cm) of Satin Tape dental tape around middle fingers. Gently slide tape between teeth and under the gumline. Use and up-and-down motion to remove plaque and debris. Repeat between all teeth contacts, advancing tape to a clean section each time.
